Terms of Service

Last updated: July 23, 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Wyloe ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using our platform, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the platform is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the platform (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us.

3. User Generated Content

You retain full ownership of the data, code snippets, CSV files, and JSON schemas ("User Content") you create or upload to Wyloe. By uploading User Content, you grant us a license solely to the extent necessary to securely host, store, and display your content to you within the platform.

You agree that you will not upload or store content that is illegal, defamatory, infringes upon intellectual property rights, or contains malicious software. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms without prior notice.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

We offer premium features ("Pro Tier") via a recurring subscription model. By selecting a subscription, you agree to pay the fees indicated for that service.

  • Billing: Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your full credit card information.
  • Renewals: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the billing cycle unless canceled.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Admin Portal or Account Settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Refunds: All payments are non-refundable except where legally required.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided on an AS-IS and AS-AVAILABLE basis. You agree that your use of the platform and our services will be at your sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the platform and your use thereof, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the United Kingdom. Wyloe and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of the United Kingdom shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
